Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Rural or remote locations may take a little longer.

International Shipping

We also ship internationally at a flat shipping rate of ₹1700 per order.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link to monitor your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping can be arranged after confirming details and may incur additional charges.

Damages or Issues

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us immediately at lily@houseofelegancehub.com with photos of the package.
We will raise the issue with the courier and resolve it promptly.
